I've just installed this app and tried to register unfortunately an error occurred I tried resetting my password but when I went to gmail to get the code and return to the app I was back on the first screen, tried several times and the same thing happened. tried contacting ATG through their customer services but that was impossible

This app is horrendously bad. It tells me it's sent an email code so i go in to my emails to get the code, the the pop-up screen on the app disappears so I can't add the code! Process repeats, so you obviously need 2 devices just to register!

I've got an active membership and numerous bookings, yet I can't sign in to my account via the app. The 'continue' doesn't change colour and stays greyed out. I have tried sending an email to the email address you've suggested to other users, but the email gets rejected. (I did copy & paste to ensure it was spelt correct)

Shocking, tried to log in but wouldn't let me without emailing me a security code but every time I went to my email to get the code, the ATG app would refresh and I would have to log in again, requiring another code and cue the same doom loop. Dreadful. Utterly dreadful.

Cannot sign in to app. I have no problem signing into the website, but the app does not respond to either my email address or my password. What has changed in the background to the app. Found the problem. The password composition requirement has changed in the app from how my password for the website is configured. Very poor customer support. Edited
