It would be very helpful if the radar did the following things: 1) Allow you to save an area without needing your location turned on. 2) Show county and state boundaries. 3) Keep the radar consistent to where it doesn't buffer or reset everytime you zoom in or out. -1 Star for each issue. Edited

Useful for seeing rain globally but the interface is a little unintuitive and app settings can be confusing as no hints or help option. I keep getting hurricane warnings even though Notification Settings and Hurricane Settings are all set to off. I live in the UK so being frequently alerted about the same hurricane(s) in the Americas is a little annoying. *Update* Since the last update the app is now unusable. Rather than moving rain radar I get distorted blue rain radar that moves weirdly. Edited
