While the maps themselves are very useful (despite having many non-existing road and not having those that are there), the navigation app is a complete garbage. In fact, it could be even dangerous if you rely on tracking your movements. All of a sudden, your valuable track just disappears after the app crash, without being saved. The old app was a bit better in this case. A call to a technical support brought up a ridiculous suggestion to manually save your track from time to time. Second thing: if you have your tracks and points saved in an old app - you are doomed. Despite the promise to be able to see them in this app, the server they are stored is scrapped, and there is no way you can retrieve them, not by exporting them, not by "sharing" them via facebook or twitter. Third: interface, search - none of that is well thought or even working properly. My advise: stay away from this app, there are some others that use their maps, but have a decent navigation

as of the last few days the app force closes and crashes on startup, I've tried reinstalling with no avail. now I'm stuck with a paid version that doesn't even open. it crashes when it Access my location. the app only starts when I block permissions for location, then it crashes when I click allow this time only. EDIT *** THEY Updated THE APP within 4 days and fixed the problem. 5 stars. Edited

I have been a paid subscriber for a while. app is great works fantastic almost all the time but I went to look at it this morning and as somebody else's complained it just crashes and crashes and crashes. As this is a paid subscription I am hoping this will be fixed ASAP. Never had any problems before though so if this gets fixed ASAP. Both my tablet and phone (Samsung) have the problem.

why is this app. crashing and screwing up signing in or just not working at all. it has the potential to be a good app. but I stopped paying for it cuz it only works half the time if that. look it has everything we need in an app. if it literally functioned when we need it it would be great. don't change any about the app just get it to freaking work

Revised my review as the developers were great to respond to the issue very quickly and the app now works great. Very useful app for anyone who does any hiking in the back country. Originally had a big that causes the app to crash randomly and then not work unless you reinstalled it, but since the last update it works great. Edited
