it was a very common pattern that all units are not available and agents offer other units with higher prices saying it is market trends . this is not only 1 case it is more than 10 cases i am kept searching for 2 weeks and same pattern is here. bayout now is not a trust place to look for any property

IT IS ABSOLUTELY FAKE. all information are wrong whenever we called for the unit and they always provide information for other unit. it is totally fake.

Fake ads! Fake agents! Useless app! It's been over 3 weeks, I'm trying to find a property in Abu Dhabi but all the listings I contact, the agents have same answer *this is rented, I haven't another one*. If the property is rented then why the hell ad is there. Complete waste of time!! edit on 16 Nov 2025: haven't seen such a useless and garbage app. More than 80% listings are fake. The developer has just created the app and went on deep sleep. There's no control over the content in it. Edited

really bad, most of the apartments post fake pictures, half of agencies don't respond to msgs and the rental price mentioned for apartments the agent always add 10% to 15% to it...........
