I have been a member of beauty buddy since its inception. To say that the app, the appreciation & service from the team has fallen below par is an understatement. The app is terrible. I cannot add photos or videos to my reviews, no one is able to assist & I no longer receive any products. The barcode scanner is terrible & the app is missing so many products. On survey & sample days, the app doesn't even load, so cannot take part. They tried to grow to quick & failed. It's all about 'influencers' Edited

Really easy to use app. Good to get real reviews of items before buying. Can even scan barcode of products in shop to see if any reviews. The list of items is not huge but is growing, so that's why not given 5 stars. Can join their product testing group as well. I have not recieved anything but have seen many others who have.

I like the concept of beauty buddy and a couple of the products I have received but the app hardly works. It's slow, logs you out, and you have to exit and enter the app about 5 times before you can get it to work properly. This really needs to be sorted out as it's quite unusable at the moment. It has always been slow but this is on another level. Would like to see more tester products too.

Was quite disappointed recently to not receive the product for a campaign that I was selected for (Sharleen Collins Course). Otherwise I did enjoy using the app! Video streaming is great quality. Android app can be a bit slow to respond so be patient with clicking. Wish the catalog was more extensive, I've so many beauty products I want to review that aren't available on the app. I'll keep adding reviews to help others though. Edited

Terrible app absolutely not worth it. When it began it was product in exchange for a review in app and not it full free ugc they want. There is a huge list of requirements of things you are expected to do for free that absolutely should be paid work. Now it's just taking advantage. They're restricting accounts of longtime users as they push you to make professional content for free Items were sometimes not received until deadline was already over. App is really buggy and crashes frequently
