orders get cancelled, very high fees for every thing, buyer protection, payment via PayPal, delivery which doesn't even come to you but has too be picked up in delivery box. als the app has super annoying advertisment with loud music. So, I thought it was an alternative to Vinted....but it's not

Hello, I have placed an order and paid for the product and the amount is deducted from my bank account but my order was not validated in the application. I'm waiting since yesterday but no response from them as I have launched complain on application. Moreover, I have applied booster for my products last week and I paid 1.39euro but beebs didn't apply booster to my product...really pathetic service and they are not responding to my requests again and again.

I had the worst experience with a seller and still didn't receive my package since it's stuck in france! i asked the seller for a refund, and i got ignored. not very happy. i emailed beebs and still haven't gotten a reply back for a refund.

Overall good..but a few bugs 1. .many of my orders show as cancelled even though they were shipped..then i have to ask for correction 2. Bank details have disappeared 3 times so far without any good reason

Un souci technique important impacte actuellement la création de bordereaux et d'autres actions sur la plateforme. Et vous en faites les frais… Toutes nos excuses pour ça. La résolution est plus complexe que prévu, et vos ventes restent bloquées en attendant. On fait le max pour régler ça au plus vite. Merci pour votre patience 🙏
