I understand that ads are necessary for a free game. However, I'm only getting 1-3 minutes of gameplay between ads. A very small percentage of ads I get are 5 seconds long, but the vast majority these ads are 30 second long videos, that don't let you exit for another 15 seconds at the end of the video. So, I typically get 45 seconds of ads, for every 1-3 minutes of gameplay. That adds up to me watching ads for between 25%-75% of the time I use this app.

I just installed this game and I can't believe how many ads there are, after every single puzzle. Here comes an ad which is very frustrating, so I think I'm going to uninstall. I play alot of these types of games, but if I'm going to get this upset due to ridiculous ads I rather not play at all. 🤦♀️😒😌4/23 trying again, but so far I'm not seeing alot of ads now. Will give 5*if it stays like that Edited

Literally more ads then game play minutes. There are ads between levels. Ad buttons for rewards (only pressed if fat fingered) heck there are even audio only ads DURING THE LEVELS. But the actual levels: Dummy easy. More of a word search than a true word puzzle game, and most can be completed in 15-30 seconds. Shorter than the ads you may get to watch! Yay! There's no real challenge or rewrding gameplay to make you feel smart/accomplished. Just some fluff to get you from one ad to the next.

Play pass version. No ads. Extremely addictive & enjoyable game. I've just finished the final puzzle (there's 1,000 levels, plus bonus ones) & I'm going to play it again. I like all the different themes & the large number of extra words in each puzzle. I'm colour blind & found that I couldn't see the white writing on the screen properly with a couple of the different backgrounds. Two obvious errors are that a tortoise is an amphibian, NOT a reptile & the word Agnostic does not have a silent 'g'. Edited

I played 8 rounds and had an ad(s) after every single one, except the first one. The rounds take 5-10 seconds and the ads, despite the skip button, take much much longer. I understand the need for ad revenue but being so greedy that the ads add up to longer runtime than the actual gameplay is just antagonizing. Not sure how good the game is past the super easy first rounds and I will never know.
