I paid for my subscription, and it is charging me to pay again after I made my account so I paid 6.99 for nothing. Thanks! In response, I did contact the play store, thank you. My 3 year old daughter loves Bimi Boo and Google refunded me the payment. It's all good now. You misunderstood my comment. I never received what I paid for and it was saying I still had to pay to unlock the subscription I had already paid for hours beforehand. Edited

App is no longer working. Stays stuck on one screen without anyway to get back to main screen with different game options. I've uninstalled and re-installed Bimi Academy without any success. So now, without being able to navigate screen, I can't even cancel what im paying monthly for. Very aggrevating and now I have an upset 2 year old. I guess I will have to call bank and stop payment and report.

At first I thought it was a good app for my kids but now I am not so sure. Firstly they have a lot of apps with rhe same name but just a little variation so you can get confused as to which you have bought a subscription to. Then this particular app keeps signing me out! So naturally i get confused which one of their zillion apps I have a subscription to!! N in a moment when I want to tend to things which is the only time I give my kids the iPad, have to sit and figure all this out! Terrible!

So we tried the free trial and my 3 year old didn't really show any interest in it. She enjoys many of the other bimi boo game apps but something about the learning academy made her lose interest really fast. Maybe the lay out? Or having to choose through all the games and learning options within the app. Anyways I forgot to cancel my free trial and was charged the annual amount. I contacted Play Store support within 24 hours of the charge. Play Store directed me to contact Bimi boo developer to no avail. Bimi boo chat support said they do not process payments and directed me to Play Store. Play Store said they cant help me because its handled by Bimi Boo. I sent numerous emails and haven't received any response in weeks. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the product but all I get is the run around from the app developer and Play store.

I was charged for over a year, yet my child was never able to successfully play (probably because I tried to cancel during the trial!) and hitting "restore purchases" literally did nothing at all. Time to file with the BBB!
