They make you put a $20 deposit on an account. if you're only using their chargers one time, they make the refund process as difficult as possible. you can't refund the difference on the app. you have to call their 1-800 number during business hours. I ended up holding an hour only to be told they have to create a ticket to have money refunded. I will never use a blink charger again. oh and having nothing to do with the app, the chargers are terrible. Edited

The app does what I want, but... It is very unresponsive. Page take a while to load. I have to press many of the buttons/links multiple times When entering text data, it is hard to select a box for entry. Once selected, the keyboard option will appear and disappear. Question: if a have Private Access locations, can I get one of those to list as Favorites? That doesn't seem to be the case, so I have to browse all the PA options every time. I marked two as favorites, but that had no effect. Edited

Terrible. A slow, frustrating set up that, in spite of saying "save and next", forgets what you've entered and makes you completely restart each time. It took thirty minutes just to set up the app. The station locator cannot find stations right in front of me, and even using this app is insanely slow. Starting a charge on a "free" charging station has yet to work, and it just suggests I try again later. Edited

Buggy, slow, and missing blindingly obvious features. For example, there's no way to be notified when a charger (even any charger at a station) becomes available. I suspect such omissions are largely because they would be too difficult for the chimpanzee that apparently programmed this app. Case in point, the app doesn't show your location on the map and the button to do so is broken. It also doesn't cache charger locations, so every map movement, no matter how tiny, triggers a full reload.

It works but it's extremely unfriendly to use in my case. The chargers in the community don't have QRs to scan, the app does not remember last used serial numbers that has to be entered everyime. Cannot mark favourites either. The charging status is also non intuitive and seems like if you close the screen or swipe out the charging will stop and the process has to be restarted.
