I'm a HUGE Blizzard fan! I've been playing Diablo for several years, Diablo, Diablo 2, Diablo 3, Diablo 4......Diablo Immortal has a lot of potential. There's a plethora of bugs that I don't have enough space to cover, but game crashes are pretty serious. REdownloading contant which prevents gameplay, NOT fun. When all downloads finally finish downloading, then time for a game update & have to download all over again. Lots of NEW bugs after each update.

This game is big and thats ok. It's not ok how you have to download the game. First you download level one and while you play level one you download level two. Great idea in theory but in practice some of us never get to see level two. It never finished downloading while I was playing the first level. I couldn't leave it to download overnight either. It only downloads while you play. I kept getting errors about pausing the download to allow the network to catch up.

Finally, a game that rewards you for your time and effort. A breath of fresh air from all the "Pay to Play" gimmick games. Great story and voice acting. Awesome character development and RPG upgrade elements. You actually aquire good armor, weapons and equipment without having to be coerced into in-game purchases. Although that's always an option. Amazing game and very captivating.

it's crazy how this game is actually good. you can ignore the monetization entirely for a *long* time. I played a couple hundred hours and spent $5 one time, decided I would never do that again, and it's been fine. there does come a point (pretty damn far in, I must say) in the game where your progression will slow down immensely. I'm not sure if there are mechanics I missed or if this is to encourage you to spend, but expect your progression to slow way down once you reach high endgame levels

A lot of time, for a little reward. Also. The game crashes a lot!!! Us to run smoothly. Too many updates, or trying to block the hacker like it's a GTA game. Can't chang to a different server with your saved, character you built up, which is on another. It won't transfer. You have to start alllllll over again.
