Updating review as of 10/2/2025. The music is great at helping me stay on track, as well as for meditation. Previously, I had an issue where the app would continuously play the same "recommended" songs if I didn't go out of my way to favorite or thumb down them. But now, the music is way more shuffled when I'm not selecting favorite tracks, and will even play previously favorited tracks! Excellent app. Edited

I'll start by saying I absolutely love this service. However, the experience is really inconsistent. If you listen on one device and then change to another, you can't pick up where you left off. The music you were just listening to is gone. If this is by design, it really shouldn't be. Having a consistent experience across devices would really make this service shine. Edited

I originally heard about this on one of my favorite YouTube channels. I thought for a 7-Day trial it would be worth it. I mean I already have a membership to another similar app, but this one is INCREDIBLE! I have a neurodivergent brain and the way that you can customize the music for how your brain works - which can be highly individualized in general, has sold me, hands down, on this app. I cannot recommend it enough especially if you have ADHD, autism, or even anxiety disorders.

A lot depends on how you use it. Intention seems to make a big difference. When using it with earbuds, I'm able to block out external noise and distractions from my environment which helps me to stay on track. There's a wide variety of soundtracks for every category of use; it takes a bit of sorting to find the ones that works for you; unfortunately, most of them don't work for me but I do circle back to my favorites quite a bit. Genre selection can be frustrating for certain categories though.

I was just charged $107.54 AUD for what appears to be an annual subscription, despite the fact that I never accepted or authorised any such charge. I downloaded the app about a month ago and signed up for the 3-day trial, which I cancelled well before it expired. I received no email warning or notification about an upcoming charge. 15/07/2025 After 2 days, they contacted me and gave me a refund cause it seems there is a 60-day money back..anyway problem solved Edited
