been using the app for yrs - but for some reason mp4s are not saving to my phone correctly. playback is fine before saving, but once a design is saved with animated words or graphics, they shift on their own/words overlap randomly. the app is fully updated, restarted my phone - something is messing up between app to saving to phone. saving at highest option as well. Absolutely trash navigation of a project. Can't scroll side to side, can't rotate to landscape without using an app that forced every app to rotate. Can't turn off bold or italics or underline and make a punctuation mark or it reactivate. Can't scroll left or right on a text box. Can't scroll all the way left or right on the project slide. EDIT: Devs reached out and that alone is worth raising my review. I'll be keeping an eye on this. Canva as a service is a fantastic piece of software on PC. Edited

So I cleared the cache, but the app is still messing up on my texts as far as thumbnails. It either gets squished down. It's getting very frustrating. I am so frustrated!!!!! This editing was the best. I have used this for two years and never had an issue. My short graphics for youtu.be are coming out aweful!!! I've cleared the cache and its still not working right. I pay for the premium service for Canva and for $17 a month this app only works correctly about half the time. It takes forever to upload any videos to the app to edit. When editing, the screen will glitch and go black. The videos I edit cut and lag while editing. It's ridiculous. Could you imagine if you paid $20 a month for Netflix and they only offered half the movies to watch? That's the experience I get with this app. For as popular as it is, it should maintain better performance. Edited

I like Canva. I've been using it for a couple years now. Its definitely quick and efficient for making social media content. I'm a big fan of the brand kits and their ease of use. I also like using Canva as my "scribble pad" where I suss out design ideas before creating in Illustrator. I have been dealing with a growing # of glitches lately (mobile app). Especially in relation to video creation. The add transition button is not currently working at all & layout errors in video exporting. Edited
