been using the app for yrs - but for some reason mp4s are not saving to my phone correctly. playback is fine before saving, but once a design is saved with animated words or graphics, they shift on their own/words overlap randomly. the app is fully updated, restarted my phone - something is messing up between app to saving to phone. saving at highest option as well. Using it on my android S25 phone. It does not seem to have a "fine" trimming capability for videos. I created some videos playing a couple of musical instruments and vocals. Then attempted to create a video collage using this app, but I needed to adjust (trim) timing of each video to sync all the instruments and vocals, but Canva's trim resolution by dragging the starts and ends of each video makes it almost impossible and takes forever. very basic, designed for amateurs... I can't even do some basic edits like resizing an image without having to pay for it. I wouldn't mind paying for premium things like add-ons but for options like resizing an image, C'mon.... resizing? Really? I have to pay to resize anything I make or anything I made elsewhere? too many limitations on basic editing, it's just too opportunistic over pricing to me. It's a shame, really, but it's a waste of time for now. Edited

Canva used to be great, even with large quantities of uploads/downloads happening at once. Recently, things have slowed down drastically. I downloaded FOUR images and it took over 30 seconds!! My Internet speed is great, reaching nearly 800 Mbps, I cleared my cache, my storage is nowhere near full, the app is up to date... it's literally the app itself. This takes my work time and multiplies it. I will be switching apps if this isn't fixed. So disappointing.

I have no idea how or if it works. It didn't say a thing about only available with a free trial until I tried to use it. It wouldn't let me try it at all unless I setup a free trial. I DON'T DO FREE TRIALS BECAUSE THEY CAN BE EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO STOP. I DO NOT TRUST APPS THAT DON'T TELL YOU ABOUT A FREE TRIAL IN ADVANCE. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THESE HAS BEEN TERRIBLE!!!!! A total waste of time.
