Very Disappointing Experience! My overall experience with CARS24 has been highly unsatisfactory. Soon after purchasing the vehicle, I encountered multiple issues, which were initially ignored despite promises of repair. To make matters worse, I was asked to pay additional charges to fix these problems, even though the car is covered by a 15-month warranty. The car has spent more time in the garage than on the road, and it’s clear that the service team is unable to properly diagnose or resolve. Edited

I paid 1000 to reserve a car in less then 24 hours I canceled due to some details that I did not like, when I ask for full refund they refuse to give me my money back, zero customer care, they made there policy to fit there aim of taking money from customers without giving any thing in return. Take the 1000AED but you will lose me as a customer and I will share my experience with everyone I know and who I don't know also. Never recommend this cars app. Edited

I had booked a ride for tomorrow but it gave me no information about whether it's confirmed or not, and then the app was not opening at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled but when I try to login it's not sending me the OTP.

Worst Experience even if the car is in original Condition with zero faults they will give a manipulating price lower then the market and also the showroom can offer you. Better not to try them.

Extremely disappointed with the service. I gave my car for a major service and specifically mentioned a few issues to the assigned person, who assured me they would be addressed. However, upon receiving the car today, it’s clear that nothing was done. They simply charged me and disappeared. To make matters worse, the assigned person is now ignoring my calls. This is completely unacceptable—I will never use their services again.
