You're better off using the site. I figured app would add notifications, or make searching cleaner. It's only complicated things. One example: I reserved a vehicle and continue to get "Purchase Lock Time Has Expired" errors. Later it then confirms the vehicle is still considered mine. Definitely tired of the mini "omg" moments thinking I lost the vehicle while I'm on (week 3) of it being prepared and yet to see a single photo.

Trade in values are hot garbage and changes tremendously in a span of days. My car had a whopping 11k trade-in value then a few days later, went down to under 6k. Disrespectful. On a different page, it shows the 11k. Inconsistent. They make you pay a HUGE down payment. Mine was shown almost 10k for a down payment for a 1k/ mo car payment. Are you NUTS? Better chances going to the dealership and getting a much better deal. Three stars because the app is at least functional. Uninstall.

Carvana is great except the app keeps crashing on my Samsung s24 Ultra. when I first got the app I didn't have any issues at all with it and then I was able to pay my bill on there and everything and see my vehicles and now I can't even open the app. it would always pops up and it keeps telling me to clear the cache I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and no matter what I do it ain't working

Easier than dealing with a dealership and they bring the car to you. The person who brought the car was really nice and helpful. Interest rates are pretty high if you are going to finance through them. It's a hassle to try and upload proof of insurance. Not a bad experience but could've been a little smoother.

This app had a recent update and they changed pretty much everything and made it so much more difficult. It was seriously the easiest app to use why change it and make it so hard to find anything on there. I had to use the AI on there several times for help and half the time the response was not. I still cannot turn off autopay which mysteriously got turned on with the update. update review 7-18-2025 the app updated today and now it doesn't work at all. Customer service was no help. Edited
