I do not understand, at all, the background feature when editing a photo -- select photo, edit, the plus sign, then background. All it does is make my photo a solid color. Sure, I can make it see through by lowering the bar on the left, but what exactly is the purpose of that? Also, it would be amazing if there was a way to turn off the tutorials that keep coming up every once in a while when I select one of my video files. It is not helpful, it's annoying and gets in the way. Edited

Have been using it for years and still does everything i need it to do. Has essentials like ghost frames and grid view, also allows you to replay last few frames to easily see if the motion is right. The pro version isn't required for most unless you want to use masking in app (along with some other things), which the masking can be janky at first since its a brush but you can still get extremely clean results with patience. Theres no reason for me to try another stopmotion app tbh.

Pretty good. Doesn't crash. I think I am asking more of it than it's made to handle Some functionality could be improved- exports are occasionally imperfect. I'd like to be able to store more settings between recording sessions. Wish it was easier to transfer active projects between devices so I could edit on the computer. On the whole though, very functional.

I LOVE this app! at first i got the free version and i it was pretty good, but I wanted to have all all of the features so i got pro and it is the best! the green screen is also a good feature. I use legos to make movies and short videos and it is SO much fun, but there are a few bugs that need fixed, i would have done 5 star if they where fixed, if you use erase or edit a lot it will say "unfortunately stop motion studio has stopped, please open again" if you fix this i will change to 5 star Edited

This appears to be a pretty cool app for making stop motion animation tho, unless I'm doing something wrong, I don't see a way to save your finished product. I see the area where you can format the size of the video for the various social media sites (YouTube, TicTok etc.) making it seem like you can export it for said platforms yet there appears (at least to the best of my knowledge) no way to save said file. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
