Awesome!!! Totally worth $5 to unlock the full game! And you get to test it out for a while first, so it's easy to determine if you want to continue or not. I'm loving it! There's strategy involved but it's not difficult to grasp. I get to choose what skills I want my character to work the most towards & there is a balance needed between my desires & parent/life expectations. The game is well balanced, interesting, & introduces new things in the gameplay at a good rate. 👏❤️ Thanks developers! Edited

After maxing out my family lineage level and getting (nearly) every achievement, I can say this: This game is amazing. It has a certain vibe and progression style that makes it (in my opinion) better than other games like bitlife. The constant goal of getting a high score at the end, plus having tons of different skills you have to work towards, to eventually get a specific job is amazing. It gives the game a lot of replay ability, and I can't wait for the DLC or even an update that offers more

It's a turn based life sim that lets you grow a kid up to adulthood and repeat the process with the child of that kid. It's pretty entertaining even if you're not Chinese. You get like two and a half "lifetimes" before you hit a $5 paywall. Even though there are many skills and career choices you can make, the game seems to be incomplete because there's a locked DLC option and tuition is useless after purchasing the game. Still, it's pretty fun to see where your choices take you.

For me, this game was amazing. The free trial still took me several hours to get to the end of(reaching junior high for your 2nd generation). I do wish I could've finished the 2nd generation off, but I'm not that disappointed. It was incredibly fun, made a lot of sense from the very beginning, and has so many types of interactions. Things I struggled with in the first life I realized could be helped by heirlooms in the next life, which made so much sense, and makes this much more fun.

Chinese Parents is a unique and enjoyable simulation game that offers a refreshing cultural perspective on the genre. The attention to detail and various gameplay options make it engaging and challenging. However, the lack of an offline mode to save progress is a significant drawback that can be inconvenient for players without a stable internet connection. Also, the tuition trial system can be frustrating for players who still have money but cant continue the game due to the trial being over. Edited
