This app used to be great! It made the job so much easier. Now, it's no good because it closes immediately upon opening. And, for about 3 months before this issue started, the app would freeze up after after putting pictures and notes in the work orders. So, I'd start all over because it wouldn't save. Also, the newest work orders are now showing up all the way at the bottom of the list. It is still out of order even when I adjust the settings. Now, this makes the job harder instead of easier.

For some reason whenever I try to take a picture of a violation, the app crashes every so often. It's very frustrating. Tweaking some of my camera settings has helped it from crashing as frequently as before, but it's still happens. I wish they would fix this!

Works most of the time on iPad -- but you need to 2-hand iPad as you're driving which makes it slow to use. iPad also tends to crash if cell reception is weak. So you download neighborhoods which slows down the process. After the most recent update that added the bulk violations feature, my downloads are crashing, disappearing, stopping, pictures are skipping from one property to another. It can't be used on downloads reliably at all right now. 10/12/25 Edited

Just plotted my first HOA drive through. While the setup was a bit time consuming (still don't have a full grasp on creating templates) once I started it was so much easier than driving, stopping, jotting down violation and then taking it back to the main office to generate a letter to the owner. Can't wait for future updates.

I have tried multiple times and can NEVER get this to work correctly w/o calling several times for a real person to help me. Frustrating each month!
