for almost twice the price of a similar package I thought that I would be impressed... I'm a low end user but go through a ton of tokens and pregore the speed and advanced responses of gpt 4.0. this app offers me nothing that I'm not getting from its computer and I would choose this platform even IF they could match the competition's pricing. paying nearly double she gets me an upgrade, not a downgrade. cancelling. would not recommend this app.

this was a 5 star review and I loved the app. I've taken it down some stars because for the past month or so every time I open the app I get an error message with no information about the issue just a 'we don't know what happened but our team is working on it' well, whatever mystery problem this is, I hope you fix it soon. I payed for this service and used it a lot when it was working. Edited

This is a SCAM!! I signed up for the lifetime version. Now a year later my credit card was charged without my permission. I didn't sign up for any annual subscription. When I go to their support q&a page to see how to cancel, it says they're not authorized to cancel a subscription, you must cancel in the play store. Yet when I go to my subscriptions page, there is none. The app wont even let me delete my card. This is false advertising and a total scam. I am reporting them.

It’s helpful for rewriting, but excess input can cause errors, so proofreading is key. I also noticed there wasn’t initially an option to provide feedback on its functionality. When I asked the AI why I couldn’t rate its performance, a thumbs-up option appeared the next day. I inquired again about the lack of a way to rate unsatisfactory results, and by the following day, both thumbs-up and thumbs-down options were available. I found that quite impressive.

Ask AI was great at first! So great I decided to pay for the Lifetime subscription, but that was a waste of money because the app doesn't even recognize that I have the subscription after 8 months and now keeps asking me to upgrade to PRO again!!! Don't offer something you can't follow through on. I want a refund for false advertising or I want to be able to use My Lifetime subscription this makes no since. Save your money 💰
