I decided to give TWoM another chance due to nostalgia, and I was honestly taken aback by the graphical updates and the quest expansions. However, that awe was quickly dashed upon seeing every server festering with bots. Still as true as it was many years ago, RMT is still unfortunately allowed, P2W is still unabashedly practiced, gambling (lootboxes) and RNG are still the only way to purchase cosmetics in the shop, and the community is still atrocious (higher levels KSing in low level areas).

The only issue with this game is the bots. The developers are aware of the issue and are attempting to do what they can to combat them. If it werent for the bots, the economy would probably not be as insane. Otherwise, I love the game for its competitiveness, its art style, the social features, and its character customization.

An extremely nostalgic and one of a kind game, keeps you hungering for more. each server has its own dynamic, guilds, and wars complete with different economies and politics. While extremely fun, it can also be hard to delve into simply because it consumes a lot of time, patience, and money. however, if you can get a foothold the game is fun as a pastime. don't take it too seriously like some others do.

been playing off and on for 15 years but have been playing for 3 years straight this time. I love this game, tbh, it gives me old school final fantasy vibes as far as the graphics and basic gameplay goes. since the major update from the classic pixilated graphics, the team at Com2Us has done a lot to the game and all for the better. I would have gave it 5 stars but the bots in major farming areas are still a major pain.

Reminds me of maplestory it is very fun. But the amount you have to grind to get to a level in which you can have fun is just insane. It took me almost 2 months to get to level 15. You have to put in a ton of time into this game. But I wouldnt say that it isnt worth it the skills are cool you can make many friends and its overall a great time if you put in the effort.
