The puzzles are great, and it's nice that they improved the controls. However, my account got reset somehow (not a problem, I'm enjoying redoing the free puzzles) and for some reason the dentist puzzle wouldn't get marked as solved and I had to solve it manually and it didn't record my time.

There can be several reasons why a puzzle does not get marked as solved, but to be able to help you please send us a screenshot to
[email protected] . However, we have a feeling that if you try solving this puzzle again you will not have a problem and it will record the time.

Even though, Sym-a-Pix is my favorite of the conceptis games. I have to give a 1 star for the mobile app because the cursor is the worst control system for playing. I was expecting the controls to just be tapping like everyother game in your library. In fact, I downloaded Slitherlinks just to see if that had the cursor. Nope, that game you can just tap and you get the expected lines and x's. So why can't the Slitherlinks controls be applied to this game? Edited

The reason Sym-a-Pix controls are designed this way is to enable playing very large puzzles. We are looking into this issue, and will probably release an update with direct-touch controls later on.

Reviews from 2020 and longer ago mention the horrible cursor control, but developer replies indicated a possible future update - that did not happen. And yes, the controls are horrible, so I uninstall after about two minutes. Very disappointing, because I like these types of puzzles a lot (and would absolutely have paid for extra content in a usable app).

Amazing game to play if you want kill time! It can be confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it it's so so fun and addictive!!! There are even settings to make it easier during gameplay. Absolutely love this game :D Edited
