Antiquated user interface. Gets bogged down easily & lags behind compared to the website. Also, no matter what you do, do not switch to another app, if you do (and let's say you were booking a vacation on Travel) no matter how many selections you've made or how far into the booking process you are, if you open up another app, this app will reset you back to the first page under Travel. I do like that you can look up receipts for even gasoline purdhaces. and that it shows warehouse availability. Edited

App keeps asking for permissions for notifications with only a "Continue" button but stays stuck on that screen no matter what I do, even if I click "Continue" - making it useless. Fix your app and while you're in there, put a "no thank you" button there as well. A lot of people don't want your notifications.

One Star, would not recommend If you want to search for something specific, you better not be in a rush because each time you perform a search it takes 45 seconds or more to return results even when there isn't a single hit. Contrast that with how responsive the app is for showing items when navigating via their product category tree. It didn't used to be this bad but something changed several months ago that broke the app (app?, web frontend?, web backend?, ???)

I've used this app for a few years. It has consistently been an annoying experience. Everything takes ages to load. When I click a link for a product that loads into the app, certain products will disappear just because they aren't offered at local stores. Show me everything. The latest issue was directly linked to the app. Phone is working fine, open app, phone bricks for 10 minutes. Finally get task manager to open to stop app and phone starts working normally. Get with the times Costco.

Costco is wonderful. But, their app has been plagued with user experience problems since it came out. Erased carts during shopping, not able to add items without removing other items first, horrible "back" navigation across the board, you will get "stuck" in a category of products with all navigation away/home unable to work. Almost every time I want to shop and add things to my cart, I have to restart the app at least once. DON'T MAKE IT SO HARD FOR CUSTOMERS TO SPEND MONEY WITH YOU!
