I've been a loyal player & customer for 5 years now. I would love to rate 5 stars, however I just can't make any progress. I buy everything available and play my heart out to get nowhere. I have received gold boxes when I buy them,can't complete stamp game , never complete building game! I was up to 24Q now I'm at 5Q. I've sent screenshot after screenshot to support of lost connections and not receiving correct coins. no response. I'm really frustrated because I can't win big and keep it!

You don't ever really win. They give you just enough free coins to play for maybe 5 minutes. You lose and then bombard with pop up style advertising for coins. They games have annoying repeating animation. Some of it is just filler designed to make it feel like you're winning when you are not. They also have to run video advertising stating this game isn't a scam. That's extremely telling.

This game is fun and provides a lot of entertainment. The game was pretty good until recently. Management has gone crazy with the prices they are changing for the extras. The 3 for 1 (Deal) came out today. The cost has jumped to 49.99. This is not a deal. I think it was previously 9.99. This is a game. We don't win money. Recently, the prices on everything have been increased. They have taken away the 3 smaller coin packages that were available. Their greed is ruining the game.

This game is awesome but when you get higher into it then you will have to pay. The pots get less frequent and smaller so if you will have to pay to stay at the level you are at. It also seems that the extra challenges take much longer. IF YOU ARE ON A TIGHT BUDGET LIKE ME DON'T START BUYING A lot because they just make it harder. P.S ALL PRICES HAVE GONE UP!! But the game is still my favorite, things are clear and simple to understand. But I won't lie jackpots are hard to get its mini,mini mini Edited

after spending more time than id like to admit on this app, I can say it's a rip off. they give you a decent win right off the bat but wins come far and few between to get you to spend money on their coins. 9/10 times you're gonna get the lowest tier wins. I've seen duplicate losing reels one after another multiple times which seems impossible. cleverly designed app to get you to waste money. 0/10 app. Edited
