The overall experience is great against AI. It loses 2 stars for the following: 1. When given the option to take purple mastery in exchange for VP, you cannot view the board. My decision might be affected if there is an action still available to turn in for the mastery. 2. When playing online, I run out of time while waiting for an opponent. Why is my time affected by an opponent? I have "played" 5 online games, but never even gotten past set up because time runs out on someone elses turn.

Generally a good app for a great board game. There are some bugs, like UI in the wrong sorting layer, AI which hangs until force restarting the app, wrong bonus scrolls showing for players and resources appearing to go to the wrong player (although I think this is just a UI bug). The UI might seem overwhelming at first but that's because this is a complex game, not because it's poorly laid out. They did a good job with the layouts and the AI difficulty.

Based on the the board game of the same name it's definitely very fun. The biggest problem though is the network! So hard to play games sometimes because there's always network issues. You would think in a turn based game, the network connectivity would be the least problematic thing. Sometimes I can't view my games. while trying to take my turn I get thrown out of the game. I constantly have to exit the game and end the application in order to unfreeze the game. If you won't mind those issues(which are made up for by the game play) , then the game is great. Edited

I don't normally leave 1 star reviews, but I did pay $10 for this, so it needs to be seen. I'm brand new to the game, but I think I understand the rules enough. There's a bug with terraforming; I have the option to choose it as an action, and then I choose the land that's highlighted and when I do, I'm not able to choose the land on the spades screen. All the lands or some of them are not selectable. Please fix this and other game breaking bugs people have mentioned. In 2 Easy AI opponent game.

Update: They migrated to a new server so I'm giving this game another chance, but $10 is still pretty steep. Hopefully they'll decide to enroll in Play Pass. Original Review: Desperately needs polishing and bug squashing. There are regular game breaking time out issues in multiplayer. Online and ranked games seem to stick on the AI, which forces the following player to time out and loose the game. UI is clunky.
