All the past reviews of products are deleted, so you can't base your purchase of a new product on experiences of others! Really a shame. App is full of bugs. Searching for products and previous purchases aren't always shown. Some categories lead back to the homepage. During payment the app often doesn't connect with your banking app, making you have to fill up your basket again. It's been like this for well over a year and they don't fix it, especially the missing reviews should be a priority Edited

Messy app! You're better off by just going to the website, no use to download this app, only if u want them knowing all your personal data and track location honestly. You see very often some text as their literal text field name like for example 'store location' would instead show "[pdp.clickandcollectexpress.availability.not.exist]" or something like that. One time even shows really weird text fields for the product names! So don't bother downloading this app.

The app became extremely slow. Navigation is terrible - after putting something into basket, "back" button of my phone returns me to home page, so I got to repeat the entire search with all filters again. And finally I cannot checkout! First it loaded "old" version of the app and asked to login again. Then started showing "card not found" and return me to my basket. Do you even test before releasing?

One of my least preferred beauty apps. Firstly, whenever I click my "favourites", I cannot scroll down normally. At some point the app brings me back to the top again. Secondly, the app is glitchy; once I want to check out a product, the screen moves again, and I end up clicking on a different product. Another potential point is that if I want to see what's new in makeup, I have to check out each category one by one. Just give me an option where I can see new makeup altogether.

Easy to use app but so slow. Much slower than website. And this is not an issue related to my phone or network. I checked it on 3 different devices connected to 3 different networks. To be honest, after finalized my order, I am really tired 🫣. But I will still use the app as the ladies at my the nearest shop are hiper unfriendly so at least I don't need to interact with them 😅.
