this would be great if it would actually record the shots! I can see the red light hitting the target but it only registers on the phone about half of the time. Also, when I read about it online it says I should ideally stand 5 to 10 ft away from the target. This is so crazy close that it is hardly even worth using if that is correct. I wish I could get this thing to work, it was not cheap.

The App used to be good, then a few months ago, nothing works correctly anymore shots don't register, won't calibrate correctly, went through all the possibilities of remedies, nothing has fixed the issues Wasted my money for the past few months, so I cancelled my subscription maybe if you actually fix it, I'll reconsider, but for now, I'd rather keep my money EDIT: Your suggestion yielded no improvement, the programming is trash, fox it, maybe I'll reconsider, otherwise, plenty of other compet Edited

Very mixed results... initially I experienced issues others reported regarding app registering shots not fired, but a subsequent update fixed that and things were great until the current update (Feb 2025). Now its only registering maybe 10 percent of the shots. Target position and lighting was exactly the same as before, but something happened with this update. Fix it please and I'll up it to 4 stars!!! Thank you. Update: Based on suggestions, hits are up from 10% to 60%. Still not good enough. Edited

This is hot garbage. When I first got this I was pretty happy. It has just gotten progressively worse. I just tried to practice and I spent more time trying to get it to calibrate than I did shooting and when I did finally get it to calibrate it wasn't registering my shots. I've had it. I'm going to start looking at the competition. This has become unusable. Edited

This application may provide excellent practice in the comfort of your own home. I have a 14 yard long hallway, so I set up there. I have found the ability to draw, shoot, reholster, and repeat especially valuable. But there are very inconvenient limitations on the basic application. While you may create individual templates for different firearms, you cannot edit the name of the firearm, name of drill, or the range inside of each template.
