well, I've tested close to 100 different apps; and there are a couple issues with this one. 1- there's zero info about the features or audio of this app(whis is concerning). It would be nice to know what is used for the audio, is it forward or reversed, and how large and how many files. 2- scan rate should be able to scan faster than 105ms. Also, it totally froze on me 7 minutes into the test. finally, my spirit team wasn't able to repeat words. This tells me not enough frequencies. Edited

Well since the update, this app does not work well. We used the old version for several months and we had amazing results, which we recorded. But since the update, (has message that appears before turns on) we have not had any real responses. (But we used another app and still get some results. ) We would love to have the old version back...

9 times out of 10 when you read a bad review about a spirit box app, its because the user has no idea how they work. I use many spirit comm apps and get great results from almost all. I like the sound and controls of this one but unfortunately it has one critical problem that ruins the whole app: an intense, piercing feedback that keeps one from hearing anything else. i like this one. wish i could keep it. plz fix so i can give you a better review.

Facinating app. Very clear responses. Nothing like the XB7/hackshack though. I will absolutely be "testing" this app in my studies. So far, highly impressed. Man/woman voices come through like a wordbank, but every now and then other voices come through. The voices have unique/different tones and I test with no sim, wifi-off. Impressive guys keep it up!

Hot garbage. Tried it on a phone that has no radio and it still fakes listening to radio waves. It plays fake static and just has two voices that randomly play clips of very clear speech. I don't remotely believe in ghosts but think spirit boxes are technically interesting. This isn't one. It just plays pre-recorded clips of static and pre-recorded voices and is designed to make you think it's doing something more. Absolutely designed for the gullible. Also it displays ads instead of closing.
