So, I used to love this app. It worked very well up until the latest OS update. I emailed the developer to advise them of the issue and it is apparently a known issue with no timeline for a fix. The issue, if you try to share a clip it crashes. Also, seem to have layer issues with boxes appearing around the map and effecting the graphic animations. Would love to make it 5 stars...

Hi, yes this is a bug on Android 14 causing problems with the video capture feature. We are working on a fix for release with a major update in the next few months.

This last update really F-ed up the Android widget. It got particularly bad after updating to Android 15. Can't seem to get it to look right, like have two graphs in the widget at the same time, or any graph other than the Everyday graph. And it always looks either squished or stretched. Sad. Edited

Tons of information. Highly configurable. I've been using this for 3 years & it's by far the best weather app. CON: A new white bar has appeared across the bottom of the display for some reason which isn't present on an earlier version on a different phone. A shame because it downgrades an otherwise attractive full image. Edited

Really great for outdoor activity planning. Line graphs are fully customizable. Helps you to see the big picture on the map. With practice, one can figure out local weather patterns, and estimate weather outcome probabilities on your own. I would argue, most people's complaints about the "weather man" are related to their over reliance on micro-weather apps and their inability to understand the laws of probability. With any computer algorithm the saying holds "junk in, junk out". Not here!!

Yes, looking at the big picture and the variability in predictions between weather simulations gives the best understanding of what might happen with the weather. Thanks for the great review. Cheers, Duane.

This is an excellent source for information on weather in selected areas and worldwide. This is my go-to weather app for planning and happening. The flexible data models are great for seeing different views of severe weather forecasting and answering "what's next" or "when will this end." Many great improvements from the original version. I don't have to tweak my settings after applying updates. Love that it's free and without ads. Scrolling feature is my favorite! Edited
