I had to dump the whole game, after I finally reached a level 22 base, because I couldn't get the lousy app to start. I dumped the app, hoping to be able to re-load it (hopefully fixing the problem). Now I can't even download the app. I keep getting a lousy error message. So now, everything I've worked for is at great risk. Whoever's responsible, needs to fix the app! Update (12/11/18): This game has become such a joke. It used to be, you could buy shields, for your base, by using in-game gold units. Not any more. You can ONLY use so-called "loyalty points". Meaning, you have to keep playing constantly and taking part in all sorts of different campaigns and such, only to be awarded piddly small amounts of loyalty points. Of course, all of the shields, as well as other highly important items cost exorbitant amounts of loyalty points to purchase. Plus, there are no "micro-transactions", only Mega-transactions. The cheapest package of items you can purchase, using actual money, is $99.99. Every once in a while there might be one for $49.99. The fact is, this used to be a good game, a fun game. Not anymore. It's just a cash-grab, now.

In the 3 years I have played I have probably only put in about $100 total. I am at level 1107 with very high power. It just takes patience and watching for the Easter eggs. I did have this at 4 stars but dropped to 3 because there is no longer a viable way to stay shielded up (you used to be able to use gold in the game). Guess they wanted to mix it up but people spent real money to get game gold. Not a smart move. I not will invest any more money in game packs. Trust of game broken for now...

I need to wait 20 hours to get enough iron to do a quest and I just started 5 minutes ago. Do I log in once a day just to upgrade one building? Joined a group but nothing happened. Upgraded a bunch of stuff without knowing any details. No explanations. Linear. Do this do that. I'm already bored. You can't choose from quests, take resources from others, or explore anywhere. There is literally no point that I can see. Nothing to get excited over. Very bad introduction to what may have been a fun game. It looks like I'll only log in once a day to upgrade a building. game constantly lags. halftime your stuff doesn't work correctly and it always on your end. u have to buy constantly because if you don't a big can hit you and zero you in one hit. u go from 1 $5 to a $20 pack to being forced to spend $100 a pop just to build to get the stuff you need. very seldom are there discount packs. Need big money to play because if something goes wrong it never a MS issue it on your end. i been playing for 3 years now not a single week gone by where there wasn't a issue.

UPDATE 12/2/19: This game is DEAD. Non-stop advertisement for their "packs" you need to purchase to be competitive. But the things that are advertised you often can't even buy, so it's basically to trick you into a purchase. The pack selection is also incredibly poor and change very infrequently. You also can't pick what you want to pay for, which is ridiculous and honestly just bad business, because it's limiting their profits.
