The mini games become ridiculously difficult, the AI pics detract from an immersive experience, and the story seems to drag on without going anywhere most of the time. I'm really hoping I can give a higher rating when chapter 2 comes out. Duskwood was a 5 star game, disappointed with Moonvale so far. EDIT: chapter 2 was much better as far as plotline and especially the mini games, which are much more enjoyable than chapter 1 mini games. Raising my rating 👍 Edited

BEWARE! No save system in place so can lose everything. Lost progress and all the gems I bought when I transferred to a tablet. I cleared cache, cleared data, used same Google account but all, progress, avatars & such gone. Needs a save system of some type so if you transfer to new phone or tablet like me you don't lose everything. Update: I contacted customer service & they said they plan to introduce one soon. Do not uninstall or upgrade tablet/phone til then. Grateful for the quick response. Edited

Im switching my 2 star to 4 stars. I absolutely love duskwood and moonvale is still right there with it so far the only thing that still is disappointin is that you have to pay for each chapter instead of one and done Its not worth it to play without all the options and its not fair to pay 10 dollars every 6-9 months because it takes so long to get one chaoter done... but im a sucker for the game so im sure ill still pay other than that my expectations for the game compared to duskwood is great! Love this game! It's the only game I still play. I started with Duskwood, and was so excited when Moonvale was finally released. It's almost like being involved in a real mystery and helping to solve it with people you just met, which makes it even more mysterious. You have to play match 3/4 type games to move ahead, I get stuck there for a bit sometimes. They aren't easy.😂 Anyway, I find it very enjoyable. Hope you do too 🥰

Compared to Duskwood this game is hardly worth playing. Have to beat 4 levels of difficult mini games just for 2 minutes of interaction with the characters and story and then its back to 3-4 mini games before you can progress again. On top of the game being an obvious money grab with all the "secret info/pictures" for 19 gems each its just a major dissapointment. If its not broken, why fix it Everbyte? Edited
