Edit: I commented previously that the game was incredibly creative with it's mechanic but a bit too easy. The developer suggested I try draft mode for a more challenging experience, and so I wanted to return and confirm that draft mode is definitely the challenge I was looking for. Thanks dev! The many ways this game makes use of it's simple core game mechanic is incredibly impressive. Edited

Hi. It's actually easy to increase the difficulty by adjusting the starting energy or adding more cards to the level. Campaign is a little bit on the easy side overall. I didn't want players to get stuck (although many still do). Draft is more challenging and special powers are often required to complete the run or post a better score.

The game is pretty good, with great graphic and good core gameplay. It's probably still in early development stage hence it doesn't contain much content and challenge. Campaign is rather easy, while is good for me to get used to the rules. Puzzle mode is a little bit more challenging but still very easy. In draft mode, which I feel like the most interesting part, there's a little bit roguelike gameplay. Overall it's good and worth a try, but still has a lot to be improved.

The game isn't at the early stage of development. It's just a small game with a limited scope. And it's only small compared to major CCGs or neverending F2P treadmills. We weren't making either. We wanted a small and cozy game that even non-gamer could clear in a reasonable amount of time, and hopefully walk out with an appreciation for the genre.

Gameplay-wise it's fairly simple but can be complex in some areas. At it's core it's primarily a puzzle game with very basic strategic and some luck elements. I haven't come across any ads so far which is amazing! However, this game feels childish in it's current state so it's definitely need more improvement and further updates. E.g. I'd like to see players earning bringing in their own characters to clear stages and actually make it more of the 'RPG' the store tag claims. Will pass on this.

Hi, thanks for the thought-out review. It seems that the algorithm has assigned us the "rpg" tag. I certainly don't think that the game has anything to do with RPG whatsoever.

This game is a great puzzle/solitaire game. Very addictive, I blew through almost the whole campaign in a few nights. Ads are spread very far apart and are not intrusive. Only complaint is the campaign went by too quick, but for a free/cheap game that is fine. I'd happily pay a couple dollars for an additional campaign after the first. Edited

This game is challenging, but I like that there are no lives...so if you mess up, just reset and try again. Also, so far, ads are not annoying...they are placed appropriately for your time played. Very well done so far. But super difficult!
