Too circular! wants you to book New, New, New! can't get account via web page or phone app. I have monthly service yet can't easily reschedule because it won't take you to the home page. If they want more interaction, hire a company to improve access. I may drop membership because of this frustration. Why? Been trying to reschedule and finally had to call. ridicules in today's world.
