PROS: I needed some help preparing a Visa photo. The first person I worked with could not do the job. Fiverr was great about refunding me in the form of credit for future work. The second person was great and got everything done right. CON: After I accepted delivery of the final product, Fiverr asked for a tip. There was no place to opt out of it. I was willing to tip since I had a great experience. Minimum tip is $5. What I didn't like is they charged $3 as a service fee on the tip.

Good app for a very good service. Lots of choices at a wide range of price points for whatever you're looking for. You will almost always get as good or better results than expected. But what the hell Fiverr, you encourage us to leave a tip but impose a 35% "service fee" on a $10 tip? The seller might deserve it but you don't deserve the money grab.

Do NOT use! Customers think that they know better and then they want CHEAP work done in CANVA and then when you tell them it's Canva, it's a limited program, it's a bit more involved and it will take more work with Adobe Photoshop, they have an issue with the price after I've already started working on it because they put an order through, then when they get the source files they will cancel the order. Case in point: MINDYMINHAS. BEWARE!!!!

I used to love fiverr. Now, I can't even add a title to my gigs. I get an error saying the title can only include letters and numbers and that's literally all it has. Customer support is non existent and chat service is a bot that doesn't know anything. Fiverr gets an outrageous amount of money from sellers and buyers and should have the funds to maintain their site. That I can't make edits in the app is dumb too.

(consumer) I love this app because it allows artists from all over to utilize their talents and get paid. What I don't like is that they charge extra fees to the artists. In the breakdown of my purchase, I was charged a service fee, which is to be expected. There was a very direct message that read "it is customary to give a tip." I noticed this 2x during checkout. The tip I made was then charged an additional service fee. They charged 2 service fees for 1 order.
