The game was fun at first, but it got monotonous after a while. Now every time the developers make an update, they "fix" things that weren't broken. In fact, instead of ever fixing the problems, they destroy what people liked about the game. It's a good strategy game, but the build times also are painfully long. The only way to advance is to constantly keep paying for gems. But isn't that the point?

OP:Unfortunately, there is no warning that as your ascension levels sky rockets, so too does the difficulty of your competitors. **After my original post, it feels as though game mechanics have been recalibrated and I am once again enjoying this game. Still find it challenging to balance the ascension gain with staying competitive. However, the game is fun and easy to learn thanks to the tutorials!

Ive put so much hours and time into this game, but unfortunately all my hard work goes to show that the developer can take that away in a heart beat. I've lost so much trophy in one day, my hard work gone in a week or 2. I've have slow down on playing and just focus on war. If you decided to play just be ready to be rob from higher players. Nothing you can do. Also when leaving game on autoplay sometimes my hero spins around in circles, this glitch has never been fix. Edited

This is a very good game, I really enjoy playing it. The graphics are awesome and I plan on playing for a while, also supporting the game on occasion. Yet, I would say for me, there are two things that bug me, 1st not being able to use Zeus and Hades at least every 12 hours is a hardship of some sorts, because this would be an incentive for players like me. Also, Medusa sucks, she has no patients, she will waste her gazing ability on one simple Spearman, instead of being smart about using it.

If you ever stop playing this game and try to come back a year or so later you will get absolutely crushed. There is no easy way for a turning players to come back. The power of everything is so much greater with all of the constant need to infinitely upgrade gear, the new ascension system, and defense is being infinitely upgradable via odyssey. I stopped playing for a year and obviously made no progress so when I came back I'm getting absolutely destroyed and cannot defeat a single level now
