we have to use this for work and it is getting worse over time. Dropped calls, static and bounceback on the line as well as people not hearing you on the other end. Avoid.

I have recently started using Fongo Works on my Android. So far it is not bad, but there are a couple of things that would make this a 5 star app: *SMS capabily. I'm willing to pay for this feature! *Ability to pay to remove ads! *Ability to have external people join conference. *Annoying sound on call end. *Upload sound to use for message system. Edited

Doesn't work well if you leave the screen. speaker call, and bluetooth mode, the caller can't hear you. I've checked this is nothing wrong in the phone setting. But tech support says to talk the phone to samsung. But I computer and mobile phone specialist. Not the phone it's the app.

I've been using Fongo Works for about 2 yrs now. Was on free plan earlier and everything was smooth. Switched to Pro few months back it's been downhill ever since. It's set up to Ring the app > forward to cell phone > go to voicemail but it goes directly to cell phone with no way of telling if the call was to the Fongo number. Been trying get support help but keep getting same canned response as if all users are monkeys. If you haven't already DO NOT UPGRADE! Pro users get zero help.

The fongo work app no longer rings on my phone and goes straight to voicemail.(pixel 2xl) I tried to reset and even reinstall the app with no luck. Setting the option to forward to my cellphone is a workaround, but now I can't tell if unknown calls are for business or personal.. Edited
