This app is great when it works but 99% of the time I have problems connecting to my camera. Says the camera is busy or connected to another phone etc (which it isn't). I have to turn the camera and or the app off sometimes multiple times for just one print. Incredibly frustrating. However it is cool to be able to print from my phone and I enjoy the extras, just wish it worked properly...

Can never connect it to my camera no matter how many times I tried. I even tried deleting and redownloading the app or restarting my phone, but it still doesn't work. I bought this camera mainly for this function so it really sucks to not being able to use it.

I just bought my camera and I can't print photos from my phone. For some reason, when I try to pair, it brings up both iOS and Android, yet I scanned the Android QR code. When I select the android option, it doesn't pair. I keep getting asked to delete/unpair and pair again - done it 10 times. This is extremely frustrating. Honestly, what is happening? And please don't ask me to check the 'I cannot connect to Bluetooth propertly' been there, done it! Edited

I've had this camera for about 3 weeks or so now and have used the app several times, and so far I haven't had an issue with the Bluetooth connection. Not sure why mine works fine with no issues unlike those with the negative reviews who say the connection stopped working after one time. Maybe a patch update? Either way, this app works perfect with my Galaxy S10. My only wish would be if we could have the option to add the filters to the photos we upload and print through our phones.

Fix the upload print with sounds, and make it transferable without printing also. And have a feature where we can also transfer pictures that we do not have to print. I know it is a marketing strategy to make people by the paper. But when the app sucks, and won't upload after printing, then the transfer feature will be nice to have for backups.
