Thank You Finally, something that is actually a helpful app. However, someone figured out how to get in and change the settings to where I cant turn off Chrome or prevent it from running when the screen is on. Hopefully you can loom into it. Thanks. Update 10 Apr2025:Someone has figured out how to turn off notifications remotely. Any ideas as to how that may be happening? Edited

This is the best firewall app for the price. The log feature is great. The firewall itself is complicated and can be confusing to set up. Once it is set it seems to work well blocking connections. The Notifications and log do a good job of snitching on apps making unseen connections. PSA: If you are using private DNS this firewall doesnt fully block outbound connections in filter mode. Make sure you turn off your private DNS and setup DNS through the app if you are using filter mode.

Wonderful free firewall. Works very similar to Zonealarm for the desktop, which I have had running for over 2 decades. This is the one piece I have been missing for my android devices. If you can control what communicates to the rest of the world then the device will be a lot more secure. I have installed software on my PC before that shouldn't have required to communicate with the internet but was asking for permission. I would deny them and then uninstall the software.

i really love it. you should add a donate option in the menu list. i will donate, just don't like monthly subscription. no complaints, it would be nice if you could allow app access and block a range of ip addresses for individual apps. it can be grueling doing it 1 ip at a time.. then they cannot change the last ofset by 1 digit and get throw again. so out of nowhere this app change to purple and name change to Wize Data Guard all on its own, with out any update? was it infiltrated???? After MOTO update, Important app 2 have. Eye opening to c how many apps connect 2 internet + what sites they connect to, even when apps not being used. RE Notifications I still ask 4 a BL to precede Blocked apps + AL to precede Allowed apps. Since now all Notification texts are the same color. Edited
