Loved the game but it won't let me log into Facebook anymore so I've lost everything (FOR THE SECOND TIME). I play this game every day, invested money into it, keep up with events etc. Since yesterday I can't log in anymore as I get a white screen. I sent an email and they don't respond. If I don't get back into it today, I'm taking my money and time elsewhere and so is my guild.

Sometimes it is very difficult to move small placed items and the profile photo of the game looks very cheap. It would be nice if you use the previous one. It is ridiculous that we need our neighbors for the warehouse as well. And if we dont need our neighbors where do we get the 50 green money??? Edited

If you look at the recent reviews you will see several that lost their farm because they took away the log in to Tango with the latest update which we were forced to do. I sent a message to support on Sept 5th and have heard nothing back. So don't tell me that is the solution. I logged into this game for over 1500 days in a row. Now that streak is broken I am missing all the timed activities and I can not get an answer from support even though I have been so loyal to this game. Ridiculous. WHY DO YOU NOT THINK BEFORE YOU MAKE SUCH A CHANGE ABOUT HOW IT WILL NOT WORK!! WHY IS THERE NOT A TESTING PROCESS WITH USERS BEFORE SUCH A MAJOR CHANGE!! Tango players were bound to Tango not Facebook and so we could not ever bind to Facebook. In the past this issue was solved by logging out of Tango and then log back in and it would show you your old farm as a choice. But since we never bound it to Facebook because we could not now we do not have that recovery option that we used to have in Tango. Since I have not heard back from support I can guess they are swamped because many people are having this same issue. SO WHY NOT POST A NEW UPDATE WHICH IS ACTUALLY JUST THE PREVIOUS VERSION SO WE CAN PLAY UNTIL YOU FIX THIS ISSUE??

Once again, the new update has me unable to access my farm. GameID: FACWXKD. And yes, I cleared cache and uninstalled/reinstalled before coming here to complain. This always happens. I'm tired of the forced updates that often make the game worse and having to jump through hoops just to get the update to work with no proper compensation for the missed days. I'm through with this game.

I loved the app but I have not been able log into it in quite some time. It was apparently incompatible with my Samsung Galaxy Edge 7. I upgraded to the LG Stylo 4 and was able to load the app and play as a guest, but I am still unable to log back in under my user or Facebook log in. Its very disappointing. I dont want to start the game over from the beginning. Edited
