I have a free gamehouse plus subscription and it asked me to verify my email and I do that. it is the correct email. I check my spam and inbox both and no verification code. I can't play any games now that are connected to the account. I have done the verification thing several times, and it doesn't work. It also wouldn't let have more levels in a game even though I had access to them. the verification code wasn't there either. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and still nothing helped.

This app won't open. It just keeps closing repeatedly. To reply to your response, it isn't a game that keeps closing. It's the gamehouse app itself. I emailed you a screen recording yesterday to show what is happening. I Uninstalled the app and reinstalled and when you click on the app it just closes, so you try again, and you get a notification that "the app keeps closing" . Thank you for your response! I haven't gotten an email response yet but I will keep an eye out. Edited

The first time I had this app, several years ago, I got the subscription it worked great! This last time I downloaded it, 2 days ago, it opened fine until after I subscribed. After that it completely stopped working! I have downloaded it and uninstalled this several times. I have canceled my subscription and asked for a refund on the month they have charged me for!

I really love this app to keep me in the loop with all the games. I look forward to when new games are being made! However I do find it frustrating that it never gives us dates for when games are available for Android. Just that it's "soon" or "available shortly". I have been waiting for one new game for about a month now, even though it's been launched that long, but for iPhones. I registered on the Google play store to alert me when it's available, but like I said it's been like that for quite awhile. Edited

PLEASE fix whatever you broke with this latest update. I can no longer collect cards properly... they count down but don't let me know when a card is complete anymore. The sets lag in loading and cross over each other when you try to check different sets. Notifications don't clear. You can't see any progress on sets you've completed once, only the "revealed" cards. Used to love collecting bc I love GHOS, but this update has RUINED the experience!
