This app does nothing!!! It doesn't keep track of your data or your past usage or anything!!! Then you can repeatedly message them about it and you'll never get a response. What's the point of the app??????? I've contacted them over and over and no one ever has a solution and nó one EVER emails me back! So you say you want to look and help???? Then do it! The app should tell you how much data you have left every month!!! It's so frustrating!!!!! Edited

Well download the app but can't figure ns where you create an account with them. It goes right to phone number and password. I got the phone number but I never created a password. I tried using the reset password and it said it sent a email, but where did they send the email to because it didn't go to my emails l address also I never set up an account with my email yet. This is confusing, I just need to o go back to T-Mobile. At least there apps and websites are easy to navigate and make sense.

Not a good app. Doesn't tell you how much hot spot data you've used & doesn't show the devices that you can purchase to use on this network. All of their customer service reps are located overseas and I can't even tell you how many times they gave me incorrect information or otherwise screwed something up majorly on my account. Probably the worst wireless company I've ever had in my entire life & naturally their corresponding app is no better. I just switched carriers to Metro & so happy I did!

Spent over three plus hours dealing with this company. Trying to get my number ported over. Frustrating and not worth the time. After dealing with issues for almost a month. I asked for a refund and got it. The only good thing they did. Tried Tello and my phone was activated and my number ported over within a couple of hours. Using the Gen app also was of no help. My advice is avoid.

Do anyone have this service?It is soooo messed up for me??????......Nothing has been right .Or does that mean something else on a WHOLE nother level,,,,,l🤔🤔🤔🤔A lot of settings r not there,or either l cant acess them if they're greyed out and l cant change the settings... Can someone change your settings and apps?? Something ist right.. Suspicious.... I cant reach Customer Service,,,,,, 🙄🙄🤨🤨 Edited
