I do love this service. I saved money switching to Google Fi. Device choices are great. Unlimited data and watch data plan are thrown in there. My only gripe keeping me from giving a higher rating is from device warranty. To use your warranty you have to pay for the phone entirely. You do get that refund once the old device has been received. I can't afford to shell out $1411 and wait for a refund. Times are rough. Aside from that it's a great mobile provider.

Service is great. I tend to have a signal when a my friends don't which is nice. My issue is with the app. It keeps crashing and using up resources and battery life if it's running in the background. Not a huge problem by itself, but if I need to use the VPN, I essentially have to keep my phone on a charger, or it will die within 7-8 hours. The average battery life for my phone without the app in the background is 24-36 hours with regular use. I've tried uninstalling and clearing the cache.

Been with Fi for a few years now, coverage is not always the best but for the price, no contracts and being able to bring my own phone PLUS the specials that Google runs on devices has helped me stay in newer phones or get into a phone at a heavily discounted price over any other carrier I've been with before. The app always works and is extremely simple to navigate!

The service is solid! If you've ever used T-Mobile and had a good experience, this is T-Mobile without the ridiculous cost. The app itself is okay. I don't really like the billing section layout but overall it's functional. Great service! Saved me about half what I was paying with T-Mobile and essentially the same high-speed service and features... No caller tunes (big whoop lol). Don't let T-Mobile talk you into their plan until you try this. We also get full International calling free.

Some of the worst service I've ever had from a mobile service, the coverage is weak where I work in the city, the phones are a rip off and messages keep getting randomly lost, because apparently Google doesn't have competent enough programmers to be able to communicate with any other brand of phone except their own. There are some tedious and repetitive work around hacks to fix this issue, but I shouldn't have to fix my phone after every Google update just to be able to send messages...
