The App is good but I'll like you to create a feature that allows one to upload Google sheets and have a button that allows someone to create bulk tickets with an option option of sending bulk emails. Thanks

good and simple app. they still need to develop and give an option to download individual tickets. there is an option only to export all tickets.

You can export a single ticket by going to 'Manage Event Tickets' and tapping the Send button beside the name of the ticket holder.

The app is definitely what I need. It does have one short coming in that the app only makes provision for one type of ticket per event. Our events would have more than one type of tickets per event. If that functionality can be added it would be appreciated.

We had a major issue with this app and I jumped the gun and left a bad review and how sorry I am, these guys didn't take any time at all to fully investigate our problem and they solved it in no time at all, they were fast to respond and stayed in contact and resolved our issue and even offered a full refund while keeping full access to the app, we refused the refund as we're so impressed by the customer service, thanks so much 🙏 Edited
