Rubbish, I was told to enter enter my email into the reset password function in order to get started which is a ridiculous way to on board new staff. I did that and it says it has sent me an email but it never did. To make this worse I can get into the website but apparently the logon details are different for the app and Web. I can only imagine how Rubbish the backend is to operate like this.

awful, not easy to navigate, can't chat to pay staff like you could in last one. Just an awful upgrade. There was nothing wrong with the old app in my point of view.

If my work didn't choose to use this app then I wouldn't be using it obviously, the geolocation is dodgy some of the time saying I'm not at the location when I am. The timesheets section is handy for filling out paper timesheets. Some glitches with publishing rosters in the back end not showing the employee that they are rostered. Might be user error or a system glitch.

Just installed the app a few mins ago and played around a bit. Very strange experience. 1. On my calendar, the first day of the week is Wednesday. Why? Is there anyway to change it to Monday ? 2. The app asked for my PIN or password every time I switched to another app and came back, even just 2 seconds. Is there any way to keep myself logged or auto login or "not to ask again" ? Thank you.

This app even though you show that time sheet can be changed if you press on the yellow 🟡 plus sign. IT can't because there is no yellow plus sign on time sheet, there is one on calendar, but not on time sheet so if you forget to clock on or off you can't adjust the time you worked,
