not worth the time or effort or the money spent on the camera when you have to spend ridiculous amounts of money to access videos that belong to you on a device you purchased. done the free trial to see if it was worth thay much money, figured my phone would turn gold whole using or something. but after viewing 1 video, it tried to make me pay at least 30 dollars for the worst package they had after it had been purchased 5 minutes earlier. so ehat $30 for 1 video. yea. this is a scam, no good

This app works well, but you have to pay a subscription to view the videos replay otherwise you only see a small screen capture. At first, I wasn't sure if I wanted to purchase the subscription but after a week of using the doorbell camera and the battery on it seem to last long enough then i purchase the subscription for a year. hopefully this doorbell last me to a year.

i really don't understand the point of this. here's a scenario: you're at work somewhere away and a courier trying to deliver your parcel rings this doorbell. you get a notification as you do, you open it and all of a sudden you have to watch 2 unskippable ads in order to respond to the call you just got. meantime your courier is gone, your parcel didn't get delivered and the smart doorbell you spent money for to solve the problem of deliveries when you're not home is completely useless.

Camera is okay for what you need, however, I was shown a free 30 day trial and got charged $32 for the $29.99 annual subscription, 2 days later. And the subscription banner inside the app doesn't go away, although they've gotten paid.

I didn't realize in order to actually watch what is recorded that you had to pay for a cloud subscription. It was advertised a lot differently, they said no subscription required. I'm probably gonna return this thing, bc there are better out there and they don't require subscriptions to view. And cheaper. What really makes me angry is that the developers aren't even responding to anyone's reviews. I'll just return and get my money back. Easy as that!
