The game is good to play but when I want to listen to music while playing it, it automatically shuts off and when I was on the third floor level, it now has a glitch. The cruise manager is under water instead of being on the ship, the receptionist and the customers are all above the cruise manager and I can't do anything else but just walk around. The game definitely needs to be fixed and updated. I can't even play the app anymore.

The game play was awesome until my game ended towards the end of level 2. Glitches where my helpers just stand there and do not clean the rooms or do what they're supposed to do. I should be able to upgrade one last room to go to the next level but a glitch does not even allow it to show the upgrade is available. The biggest problem with this game is that there is absolutely no way to contact game support from in the game. The only game options are to turn sound and music on and off. Edited

this game is really fun! but l do have a complaint: there are too many ads and when you take your finger off the screen it doesn't let you go back to move it and if it does,you can't move the character. so if you are a person who hates when games that have ads and don't work then this game is not the game for you.

Loved the game but I've got so far on ship 2, there's now nothing else to do, and nowhere to progress to. Deck 3 of the ship is locked - "coming soon". Frustrating after I'd just paid for the ad-free version.

it's enjoyable. wish I could upgrade the captain to move faster and the ads every 10 seconds are tedious.
