Customer Service was very helpful. I bought this thinking it was new, but it had been set up by someone and then returned. So when I got the lockbox I was unable to use it at all. Called customer service and they were able to execute a process so I could get the lock under my app for me. Relatively painless once all was said and done!

Own Lockbox 3, app keeps on asking for a update but error keeps showing and won't connect. Lost my Bluetooth connection capabilities -Update 2/9/21 I reached out via email. This time around they gave me a solution they had to erase my lock from my account and I had to do a hard reset, after that everything is back to normal. 3 stars for customer service not coming up with this solution before hand Edited

I have one Keybox 3 and two Keybox 2's. Generally speaking I love them! However, l have noticed lately that the logs are inaccurate - this is incredibly troublesome when I need to be sure my renters are using my spaces only for the time they've paid for. It would also be incredibly helpful to be able to issue Duration PINs more specifically than on the hour.

The app is easy to use, clean, intuitive and very useful. I have two devices, the padlock and the lockbox. These and anynother igloohome devices are managed through the one app, so it makes managing different devices in different properties extremely convenient. The devices, however, are sturdier and more secure than others I have used. But what convinced me to write a review (hardly ever do it) and to privide a 5-star one is the company's tech support, which is absolutely amazing.

Works for me! The only thing that I would suggest is that the new access key screen be made more intuitive. I created a new permanent pin awhile back. Even now it says "sync to update status". I thought every time I unlocked with the app, it automatically synced access? It's a bit confusing.
