I cant sign into this new app. Subscribed for the last year. Since the update nothing but problems. The old version was great, I could read my magazine on here when I couldn't sleep. Now it won't allow me to log in, nowhere on the app to sign into or see purchased special editions. So disappointing. Can you fix this? Or is it best to delete the app all together.

Disappointed would be an understatement! I've been a GW subscriber for decades and I was hoping this app would allow existing subscribers to sign in and access gardening tips, maybe integrate with the exclusive digital content mentioned in the paper magazine. But no! It's just advertising to buy digital copies of the magazines I already have. Why would I want to do that?! Someone's missed an opportunity here. So uninstalled and sticking with my paper copy through the door, thank you.

Suggests you can get loads of advice etc by downloading app. Reality is it offers nothing. Just a link to subscription to the magazine that then unlocks content... Or rather doesn't as so many have commented! Going to report as it is quite simply false advertising. No doubt it harvests loads of your data just for downloading it.

Despite subscribing via this app, and despite a notification today saying I should be able to now, it still doesn't give me access to subscriber-only features. Last app update was 20 October so I guess the required update hasn't propagated out through the Store yet. Maybe I'll be able to use all the features of this app before my 1 year subscription is up. If not I definitely won't be renewing. Edited

Recently upgraded to an S21 ultra and now the app refuses to accept my log in details, but I can still log in online and on my old phone. When I could access my subscription I've never been able to get in to the secret Garden area on the app, only online. Really not worth a download.
