Great app for keeping tabs on a project. It allows the customers to see the progress of work. Also, if there are any issues with the app, reach out the will resolve. Dee helped with my issue after getting my new phone.

I had some technical issues with uploading photographs to the app. I emailed the tech department and Dee responded very quickly requesting information of my operating system. In the meantime they sent me a code to purchase another copy of the app so I could continue to work. I have just received an update which has fixed the original technical issue. Great customer service, thank you.

App works fine, and saves a lot of time. I would however like to be able to have more than one photograph on one snag if the situation requires more detail. And more space for text where the work is described. Edited

The app working nice, much better than in first step, you can change the kmage quality, draw in the picture for any observation. There is some small part which can be optimized what I already suggested for provider. I can recommend this app! Edited

Thanks Sandor. Please update to the latest version where you can select the photo quality as High/Medium/Low. The downside of large photos is that most (almost all) 3rd party file sharing apps can only support files up to a certain size as attachment. If you have a few photos, you can use High resolution without any problems.

This application does differ from others available outhere. There is continual support and newer features are provided in every update so far. The PDF report generator is certainly the fastest that I have come across without error. Edited
