The news coverage is good. But the app is still primitive. The notification clutters the screen. Introduce stack notifications where all the notifications from your app will be stacked together. And in epaper mode, if I click on a news item, have it open up in normal mode. It is not available in your app. please make use of the epaper models of The Hindu. Theirs is very good.

Worst experience with annual subscription - I paid about 1600 Rs. for annual subscription this year. When I had to change my phone and logged in, the subscription had just vanished, prompting to subscribe again. No response at all from email support, phone number given in app for support doesn't get answered at all. it's been a nightmare and a huge regret for me Edited

it could be made a better reader friendly as the articles which have data in tabular form are very hard to read because the font colour is black on the black background inside the table. also, despite paying for the subscription, the ads still come. also, if there could be an option to write a letter to the editor via the app then it would be so much user engaging.

It needs improvement in a few things. While reading e-papers, we have to use two fingers to zoom in. In contrast, with The Hindu, when we click on the paper, it zooms in on the specific section we want to read in a precise manner
