03/25 inconsistent, often falls with network error message. When it does connect works ok. notifications are also intermittent. doesn't always comply with settings. 09/01/22 same. Worked once or twice, now 'connection error '. Still not working 03/22. Gives 'network error'. Other apps working fine. Cannot connect for several weeks. Developer refuses to fix, blames school district. Edited

I find this app to not be as user friendly as it should be. The requirement to change passwords halfway through the school year is an unneeded unwanted and a burden. If it was security, then the problem would have been done quickly not months. You get it working and boom.. And it insults my own security system I have for saved passwords. The app itself I rate a C+. Please do better... And that's to the IT department.

When the app works, it is great. I'm able to keep track of grades. I also know when I need to question my child. HOWEVER, at least every 6 to 8 weeks the app crashes and is a white screen. Unable to get it to do anything. I have to uninstall it and the re-install it waiting for it to work. Usually takes at least 3 days. Absolutely horrible design. Edited

Nothing loads- it's just a blank white screen. It's always been buggy but in the last few weeks I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it multiple times, and it still doesn't work. Update: The app is showing grades and info now, but no notifications come through at all. I've checked all the permissions on my phone and everything I can find in the app to make sure notifications are allowed, and it appears everything is set correctly. Why is there no support for this app? Edited

Edit: app was fixed and then broke again. Same white screen. It's again working if you can call it that. I try to view my kids' interim reports and nothing happens. Super frustrating. All I get is a blank white screen on startup. I've uninstalled, reinstalled and cleared phone cache. Still broke. Going back to the old app until this is fixed. Edited
