I have been with CS Scanner for over 10 years, and I learned to trust this company based on that. This app, CSPDF, has failed and was not working for three weeks, and they lost my documents. I cannot trust this app and have lost confidence in this company. It has taken weeks to communicate with the team behind this app. Do not trust your documents to this app if they are important. High chance of loss of documents. I am hoping they do the right thing and find my documents and refund me for this

I've had this app for several weeks and it was great! Then all of a sudden, 3 days ago it stopped working!! It won't open! I Uninstalled & Installed again...same problem!! You get the title page then it shuts down! What the actual hell??? I need to complete the edit I was working on when the app went to Crashville! What am I supposed to do now? I REALLY don't want to start over in another app. This app is killing me! HELP!! Please fix this ASAP!!

This PDF app is fast, smooth, and easy to use. Reading and annotating documents works great, and it handles large files without lag. It has all the basic tools you need.highlighting,commenting etc. Only small things are missing like better cloud support or a nicer dark mode. Still it does it's job really well.

Now, when I updated the application, all the text I wrote in my files turned to white, and there are important things I wrote in different places in the files, but I can't find them because they are white,How do I solve this problem? For your information, the idea of changing the color of each specific text is very difficult because I write a lot of things in each file. so honestly the new version is very bad and the quality of highlight is bad too
